Public schools spend in some cases more than double per capita than charter or private schools, however continuous research shows that alternative education, charter and private schools, outperform the taxpayer funded public schools. I am a firm believer in educational choice rights for parents. As a result I, along with Bill Wilson and Eric O’keefe, founded the Parents in Charge Foundation (PIC). PIC is a national organization designed to give people insight into the benefits of school choice compared to our current system.
