   Howard –

   Thank you for posting the article “Landowners Concerned over Gas Companies” on the HowardRich.org web site. Forced Pooling is a key issue for PA, a tremendous number of landowners in the state would be affected.

   Would you consider supporting our efforts? Perhaps announcing your opposition to Forced Pooling, funding initiatives, and/or offering advice?

   We continue to put pressure on the legislature and will be in Harrisburg tomorrow (Oct 7th). We also produced a Q & A piece that was emailed to all Senators and many others. It spells out the issues surrounding Forced
   Pooling and is posted at: ProtectMyRightsPA.org/FAQ.html

   There is incredible pressure on our legislature from the gas industry to enact some kind of forced pooling and zoning exemptions. If Forced Pooling is not slipped into SB1155 (gas severance tax) under consideration, it is highly likely to resurface in the coming months.

   Again, thank you for posting the article. It’s good to know the message is spreading. Would appreciate knowing your thoughts on these issues.
